Large ruby kyanite palmstone sourced from India. (E) 90g 6 x 4.5 cm

Ruby Kyanite is a rarer stone, it comes from India and is found in crystal veins. The blue stone is kyanite and it has pink dots which are the rubies inside. The ruby in the stone helps to activate the heart chakra and is associated with love and vitality. It's also known to stimulate passion and drive. Ruby is known to be associated with the fire element which is a great motivator. It's also associated with romantic love and is a great stone for relationships. Ruby in Kyanite has also been used for protection, it's very grounding and is said to help ground the root chakra and protect you from negative energies during spiritual practices.

Shipping Policy

Items will be shipped within 0-2 business days (handling time). The shipping cut off time is 3:00 pm. 

Shipping Options:

We offer FREE Delivery on orders over £50, the shipping discount will be automatically applied at checkout once you add your postcode. All items are sent via Royal Mail 48 (Second Class).

Royal Mail Tracked 48 (second class): 2-3 day delivery time + (0-2 day handling time). Cost: £4.25

Royal Mail 24 Tracked (first class): 1-2 day delivery time + (0-2 day handling time). Cost: £5.00

How Do I Track My Order?

When the item is dispatched, customers will receive an email with the tracking number of the parcel. Use the Track Your Order page to track the status of your order.

What If I Don't Receive My Item?

If your item does not arrive within 7 working days of the dispatch date, please contact Customer Services to resolve the issue.

Return Policy

All products are eligible for 30-day returns for any reason. 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. There are no restocking fees. We do not offer exchanges, in this case the customer can return the item for a full refund and then purchase a new item. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. The item must be sent back in appropriate packaging that will not cause the item to become damaged in transit.  

To start a return, please contact Customer Services. The buyer must cover the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or defective. Please add your name, address and order number to your return so we can identify you.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and send a replacement or refund.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. We will notify you via email that the refund has been actioned.  

Our payments are processed by Shopify Payments, an internationally recognized, encrypted payment gateway which keeps your card information hidden. Shopify Payments and your card company typically takes between 2-10 working days to process the refund and for it to appear in your bank.

If you have not received your refund within a reasonable timeframe, please contact Customer Services.
