What If My Parcel Is Delayed?

Our parcels are sent via Royal Mail. For UK orders, if you do not receive your parcel within 2-3 working days, please check the order tracking. If the tracking shows the item is in transit, please wait a further 2-3 working days. If the parcel does not arrive, please contact us and we will resolve the issue.

How Do I Change My Delivery Address?

If your order is not yet showing as dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible and we can change the address for you. If your order has already been dispatched, unfortunately we are not able to change the delivery address.
