Do you Offer Shipping Discounts for Multiple Items?

We offer FREE Shipping on orders over £50. Please enter your postcode at checkout and the postage discount will be automatically applied.

For UK orders under £50 in value we will refund the extra postage charge on multiple item orders that can fit in the same parcel. 

For international orders we are not always able to offer multiple item postage discounts for orders under £50 because airmail is charged by the exact weight of the parcel. Please contact us for an exact shipping quote if you are unsure. 

Do you Offer International Shipping?

We ship to the USA, Canada and Australia. Unfortunately we do not ship to Europe. If you don't see your country listed on the shipping list and you are not in Europe, please contact me. All items are shipped from the UK. We are not responsible for any VAT or customs charges you may incur from receiving the item, please check the rules of your individual country before ordering. 

How do I use a Discount Code?

Discount codes should be applied at checkout. First add the item to your basket, then add the discount into the Discount Code box and click Apply. If the discount code is in capitals you will need to use it exactly as it appears.

Do you Offer Returns?

Yes, we offer a 14 day returns policy, this means you have 14 days after receiving the item to request a return. The buyer is responsible for the return postage fee. All items must be returned in the same condition they were sent and shipped back in appropriate packaging that will not result in the item getting damaged in transit. 

UK Returns - The buyer is responsible for the return postage fee. 

International Returns - The buyer is responsible for the return postage fee. 

To request a return please contact us and we will provide you with the returns address. Please include details of your name, address, and order number in the returns parcel.
