Do you offer Shipping Discounts for Multiple Items?

For UK items I offer multiple shipping discounts if possible. I use Royal Mail which charges based on the weight and size of the parcel, it is the same price for up to 2 kg, so in a lot of cases I am able to offer multiple shipping discounts due to this. Please note: this may not apply in every case. 

Shipping discounts may not always apply to international orders as shipping charges for airmail are based on the exact weight of the parcel because they have to account for jet fuel. If you add more items to the order, the shipping price will often increase due to the weight. If you are ever unsure about the cost of shipping multiple items please feel free to contact me with details of the items you wish to buy and I can offer you an exact shipping quote. I will always try to use the most economical option for you. 

Do you Offer International Shipping?

Yes, I ship to European countries, the USA and Canada. If you don't see your country listed on the shipping list please contact me. All items are shipped from the UK. I am not responsible for any VAT or customs charges you may incur from receiving the item, please check the rules of your individual country before ordering. 

How do I use a Discount Code?

Discount codes should be applied at checkout. First add the item to your basket, then add the discount into the Discount Code box and click Apply. If the discount code is in capitals you will need to use it exactly as it appears.

How can I Contact You?

Please visit the Contact Page in the main menu. You can contact me via email at info@persephoneshop.com. You can also use the Chat Box on the website itself. Please use these methods in the first instance, I will reply within 12-24 hours. If you are struggling to get through due to some kind of technical issue you can also contact me via my business social media pages on Instagram or Facebook. All social media profiles are linked at the bottom of the website in the footer. 

Do you Offer Returns?

Yes, I offer a 14 day returns policy, this means you have 14 days after receiving the item to request a return. This excludes made-to-order items (crystal mugs and T-shirts). Everything else is eligible for returns. The buyer is responsible for the return postage fee. All items must be returned in the same condition they were sent and shipped back in appropriate packaging that will not result in the item getting damaged in transit. 

UK Returns - The buyer is responsible for the return postage fee. The buyer will have the cost of the item and the cost of the postage they paid to send it out to them originally refunded. 

International Returns - The buyer is responsible for the return postage fee. The buyer will receive a refund for the item but will NOT receive a postage refund for the original postage to send the item out to them. 

To request a return please contact me and I will provide you with the returns address. Please include details of your name, address, and order number in the returns parcel.
